ICT Project Management Office Coordinator

This position will manage projects directly and provide over-arching advice, assistance and a governance/management structure to assist in the delivery of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) related projects.

As a member of the ICT leadership team, you will have significant involvement in change control/management decisions, department planning and strategy development.

The Project Management Office Coordinator will play an integral part in the management of the ICT department’s program of work. This will require co-ordination across the department, resource planning and scheduling. The critical layer in this role is the engagement of stakeholders from across the business in this process.

The successful applicant will have:

  • a relevant tertiary qualification
  • 10 years experience in information technology, with a core focuses on gathering and analysing requirements and project management
  • knowledge of Microsoft projects, resource planning and project scheduling
  • experience in ICT project methodologies (PRINCE2 or PMBOK) and complex problem solving and decision making skills.

Emergency Risk Management Advisor

This position will coordinate, promote and facilitate a systemic approach to emergency management based on the Australasian Inter-Service Incident Management System (AIIMS).

The successful applicant will be tertiary qualified and have experience in:

  • developing and delivering training to ensure effective emergency responses
  • building effective relationships with external safety and emergency agencies
  • guiding, coaching and mentoring employees to enhance their emergency management capabilities and skills
  • enhancing emergency management documentation
  • providing input into a business resilience plan and associated process.
