We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Improvement Business Analyst to help improve our business and make an impact. As part of our high profile Future Focus poject team, you will work alongside our Development Services team.
This role involves developing reports, analyzing data and work processes, documenting requirements and processes. With your attention to detail and problem solving, you have the capacity to quickly drive innovative solutions. IT experience would be an advantage and you will collaborate on the selection of ICT interface and systems. With your excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, you use your strong communication skills to build relationships and optimize project outcomes.
You understand and can apply best practice approaches such as the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), experienced in organizational change projects, rethinking and designing business processes to deliver streamlined and efficient services. You understand business concepts, can develop process diagrams and procedures to support end to end business systems.
Working collaboratively across the business you will effectively engage the relevant stakeholders and assist with prioritization and planning to deliver project outcomes.
Customer-oriented, have a commercial mindset teamed with good communication skills and have the ability to influence and engage others; you blend this expertise with an innovative approach to problem solving.
With a bachelor degree or higher in business, commerce, engineering, science or similar, you have demonstrated experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business process re-engineering. Experience in land development would be advantageous.

Reporting to the Manager People and Capability, this senior role will be responsible for providing a wide range of human resource (HR) services and support to managers and staff.
With a focus on operational HR issues incorporating performance planning, staffing, coaching, reporting and analytics, employee and industrial relations, this position is pivotal to creating a high performance culture across the organisation.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to contribute to the development, implementation and review of effective ‘best practice’ people strategies, systems, policies, process and tools.
Experienced in talent management, you will co-ordinate the succession planning framework across the organisation and champion Barwon Water values as a major contributor on the values committee.
Not only will you provide HR generalist services, you will also use your project planning skills to co-ordinate and implement the cultural change activities.
With your excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, you can effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation. Partnering with the management team, you support organisational and change initiatives, providing a range of strategies and services to improve employee performance.
With a tertiary qualification in human resources, you will also bring significant relevant work experience in a HR environment.
