This newly created senior role will be responsible for implementing Barwon Water’s organisational Diversity, Inclusion and Gender Equity Strategy and Action Plan.
You will play a key role in researching, coordinating and implementing workforce planning projects and reporting on these to the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
You will also provide secretarial support to the People and Culture Board sub-committee, driving and maximising organisational effectiveness.

We are looking for a Senior Water Resource Planning Coordinator to lead a multidiscipline team. The role will ensure water security is provided to our growing customer base, while taking uncertainties into account including climate change and water use behaviours.
The role is responsible for developing a business-wide urban water strategy considering all aspects of the urban water cycle over a 50-year planning horizon.
The high-profile project will involve coordination and management of all strategic and technical inputs, drawing on advanced capabilities in project management, stakeholder engagement and communication.
You will bring excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities, blending this expertise with an innovative approach to problem solving. A strong technical and analytical aptitude will enable you to guide advanced modelling and analytic work undertaken by the team and external resources.
With a degree or higher in engineering, science or similar, you will have significant work experience at a senior level. You will demonstrate excellent strategic planning skills and evidence of technical and analytical aptitude relevant or transferable to water resource planning.
