Jo Plummer became Director and part-owner of Business in Heels International in November 2014. She was Board Director at Central Highlands Water for four years.
She has been the Director and owner of OUT of the BOX Business Services since 2009, a boutique management consultancy specialising in developing and implementing strategy, engineering business improvement initiatives and managing change. More recently, she worked with the Transport Accident Commission (TAC).
Jo has a strong commercial background having held senior roles in buying and product development, business and merchandise planning and strategic design with well-known retail brands for over twenty years.
She holds a masters degree in business administration, a graduate diploma in retail management and is accredited by the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Joe joined Barwon Water in 1987 as Manager of Information Systems after 12 years at Telstra (then Telecom) as an analyst and senior project manager. He has held several executive roles at Barwon Water. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Graduate Diploma in Risk Management and Advanced Management Certificate.
Educated at the former Chanel College (Geelong), the Gordon Institute of Technology and Deakin University, Joe is a former Chairman of St Joseph's College Board of Management and maintains a strong interest in the school.
Joe is a member of several key water industry groups, including VicWater, the Water Services Association of Australia (WSAA) and Australian Water Association (AWA).
He was appointed to the role of Managing Director in July 2012
Elaine is the CEO of G21 Geelong Region Alliance. She was a Parliamentary Secretary for the Environment and for Education.
Elaine has a Bachelor of Arts, a Diploma of Education and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
John is the Partner for Audit and Assurance at Crowe Horwath Melbourne and has a background in corporate auditing and academia.

Jodi is the Executive Manager for NAB’s Group Executive for Personal Banking, and has a wealth of experience in the banking and telecommunications sectors with top-10 ASX listed companies.
Jodi is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has worked on various boards during the past 10 years. She is a Director for The Gordon, having recently stepped down as Vice President after three years in the role.
Jodi is a former Director of the Committee for Geelong, St Laurence Community Services and Geelong Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Deakin Alumni Community and an Australian Rural Leaders Fellow.
Jodi holds a Master of Business Administration specialising in Corporate Governance and Ethics from Deakin University.
Rebecca is the Senior Manager of Service and Review at the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), and has worked as a senior corporate solicitor at the TAC since 2012. She is an experienced lawyer and has practised in the Geelong region since 2004.
Rebecca has a strong commitment to the Geelong community and has previously served as Vice Chairperson of UnitingCare Geelong and Secretary of Barwon Centre Against Sexual Assault. She is currently a member of the Deakin University Alumni, the Law Institute of Victoria and Victorian Women Lawyers.
Rebecca is the current Board representative member of Barwon Water’s Customer Consultative Committee and a member of Barwon Water’s Risk Management Committee.
She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws.
