The General Manager Finance and Administration ensures financial performance is delivered in accordance with the approved Strategic Intent and the organisation's Corporate Plan.

 

Company Secretary

The Company Secretary provides governance advice and support to the Chairman and the Board of Directors to ensure it meets obligations in accord with the organisation's governance framework.

General Manager Customers and Communication

The General Manager Customers and Communications provides leadership in excellent customer service. This includes establishing strong relationships through proactive communication and engagement with the community and stakeholders leading to a broader understanding of our customer needs and expectations around our service offerings and build on our community confidence.

 


 

Carl Bicknell

General Manager Water Systems

The General Manager Water Systems is responsible for the effective development and operation of water supply and sewerage facilities to meet service delivery and business performance targets.

 


 

Paul Northey

General Manager Capital Projects

The General Manager Capital Projects delivers water, sewerage and recycled water assets in accordance with our Capital Works Investment Program. The group is also responsible for a range of spatial information services, including surveying, mapping and cartography.

A key initiative to facilitate delivery of the capital program is the establishment of the Barwon Water Alliance, which will deliver over 100 capital projects.

General Manager Organisational Development

The General Manager Organisational Development delivers planned systematic change in attitudes, beliefs and values of employees. This encompasses development of systems and process that will build a high performance organisation through increased organisational capability and leadership to ensure the achievement of the approved Strategic Intent.

General Manager Strategy and Technology (Acting)

The Acting General Manager Strategy and Technology is responsible for the development of business strategies and plans, successful positioning of Barwon Water to meet the challenges of water industry reform and regulation and development and delivery of effective corporate business, management and information systems.
