3% increase effective 1 January 2013In June 2012, The Essential Services Commission (ESC) approved a 3% increase (water volume and water service only — sewerage charges are not affected) to cover the cost of constructing the Melbourne to Geelong Pipeline. The 3% adjustment is effective from 1 January 2013. |
