Payment options
We provide many convenient ways for you to pay your business water bill.
Direct Debit
Pay your bill by automatic debits from your nominated bank account. You can choose to pay:
- in full on the due date
- in fixed weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments.
Things to know
- You will still receive a water bill.
- Your account is normally debited on the due date or the next working day.
- It is your responsibility to have sufficient funds in your bank account when funds are drawn.
- To set-up, change or cancel a Direct Debit arrangement, you must contact us in writing.

BPAY
Pay your bill via your bank's internet or phone banking service.

POSTbillpay
Pay your bill with Australia Post POSTbillpay.
You can pay:
- online using your credit card
- over the phone 13 18 16 with your credit card details
- in person at a post office by cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card

POSTbillpay online only accepts Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards (American Express, Diners Club, Bankcard etc. are not accepted).

Postbillpay is provided through Australia Post's secure website, external to Barwon Water's site.

Pay by cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card at any of our customer service centres:

You can also pay in person at any post office.
