Need help paying your bill?
Direct Debit
Pay your bill by automatic debits from your nominated bank account. You can choose to pay:
- in full on the due date, or
- in fixed weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments.
Things to know
- You will still receive your bill from us.
- You can set up a direct debit arrangement from your cheque or savings account, but not from a credit card.
- If you elect to pay your bill in full, your bank account is normally debited on the due date or the next business day.
- It is your responsibility to have sufficient funds in your bank account when funds are drawn. We may cancel your arrangement if two consecutive payments are dishonoured by your bank.
- To set up a Direct Debit arrangement, please complete and submit the interactive PDF SmartForm, below.
- To cancel or make changes to an existing Direct Debit arrangement, please contact us.
- For full terms, refer to the service agreement.
