Pre-rinse spray guns are used in commercial kitchens to rinse dishes before they are washed.

The "FS729 Ultra-Rinse Food Service Trigger Spray" was designed for the demands of commercial kitchens by Enware Australia Pty Ltd.

Features include:

  • 6-star WELS water rating
  • 4 litres per minute
  • WaterMark approved
  • high velocity, chisel style spary pattern
  • wall mounted or bench mounted
  • can be retrofitted 
  • ergonomic design with moulded rubber nozzle guard
  • self-closing trigger spray

Cost

These pre-rinse spray guns retail for more than $300, but we have a limited number for just $190 (including GST).

Approved small businesses may also apply for a state government rebate to cover up to 50% of the cost of the spray gun.

Businesses in the hospitality and food preparation service industry can take advantage of this program.

Rebates

The Victorian Government's rebate program applies to small businesses with 50 employees or less.

Eligible businesses can claim up to 50% of the cost of eligible water-wise products (up to a maximum rebate of $2000), including pre-rinse spray guns.

Case study: Four Points Sheraton, Geelong

The Enware Australia Ultra-Rinse spray gun was recently trialled at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel on Geelong's waterfront.

The Sheraton's existing spray gun used 6484 litres of water over a two week period.

Once fitted with the new spray gun, the Sheraton's kitchen used only 4235 litres of water over the same period.

That's 35% less water, which translates into an annual water and energy saving of more than $600 (based on current charges for water volume, sewage/trade waste and water heating).
