Customer Liaison Coordinator

Our Customer Liaison Coordinator is responsible for working with customers who have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution or believe their complaint should be escalated.

The coordinator is also authorised to objectively review the internal handling of complaints.

Our Customer Liaison Coordinator is the first point of contact between Barwon Water and the Ombudsman.
