Customers in Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale will experience reduced water pressure during work to re-align the water main supplying these towns.
The water main supplying Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale will be turned off for approximately 36 hours during the week beginning Monday 1 May 2017.
The exact timing is weather-dependent, although we will try to complete the works early in the week and as quickly as possible.
During this time, we will connect you to an alternative water supply. This will result in lower water pressure, particularly between 7 am and 7 pm. As a rough guide, you may experience about half your normal water pressure.
The water main supplying Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale needs to be re-aligned due to roadworks associated with constructing an entrance to The Point development from the Bellarine Highway.
We realise this work impacts our customers and community, and we’re committed to working with you to minimise the inconvenience.
If you have specific concerns, please contact us and we will work together to develop a solution.

Properties with fire services should check whether the pressure reduction will impact on the compliance of their fire suppression systems.
