Direct Debit

Pay your bill by automatic debits from your nominated bank account. You can choose to pay:

  • in full on the due date, or
  • in fixed weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments.

  

Things to know

  • You will still receive your bill from us.
  • You can set up a direct debit arrangement from your cheque or savings account, but not from a credit card.
  • If you elect to pay your bill in full, your bank account is normally debited on the due date or the next business day.
  • It is your responsibility to have sufficient funds in your bank account when funds are drawn. We may cancel your arrangement if two consecutive payments are dishonoured by your bank.

  • To cancel or make changes to an existing Direct Debit arrangement, please contact us.

MyPost Digital Mailbox

Receive and pay your bills in one convenient, secure online location.

Access your digital mailbox on your smartphone, tablet or computer.

 

Things to know

  • You can make payments from your bank account or credit card.
  • You can schedule payments and set reminders.
  • When you sign up to MyPost Digital Mailbox, you will no longer receive paper bills from us.
  • To use MyPost Digital Mailbox you will need a smartphone, tablet or computer connected to the internet. You can access your digital mailbox through your internet browser or via dedicated apps for iOS and Android.
  • MyPost Digital Mailbox is an Australia Post product.

POSTbillpay

Pay your bill with Australia Post POSTbillpay.

You can pay:

  • online using your credit card
  • over the phone 13 18 16 with your credit card details
  • in person at a post office by cash, cheque or EFTPOS.

Things to know

  • Your POSTbillpay reference number is located on your bill.
  • POSTbillpay online only accepts Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards (American Express, Diners Club, Bankcard etc. are not accepted).
  • POSTbillpay is provided through Australia Post’s secure website, external to Barwon Water's site.
