Where possible, we will always notify you of an interruption to your water supply.

We publish details of unplanned outages (repairs to damaged or burst pipes) and planned outages (scheduled maintenance).

Sewer blockages

If you suspect you have a sewer blockage, contact us. We will need to determine if the blockage is in your area of responsibility or ours. We may dispatch a team to investigate, or we may instruct you to contact a plumber directly. For more information, please refer to the customer guide.

During a bushfire or on high-risk days, we may not be able to safely access water supplies or respond to system failures.

If you live in a bushfire-prone area, you should consider an independent water supply as part of your fire plan.
