Water supply interruptions

Where possible, we will always notify you of an interruption to your water supply.

We publish details of unplanned outages (repairs to damaged or burst pipes) and planned outages (scheduled maintenance).

In the event of a bushfire, we cannot guarantee to maintain water pressure or an uninterrupted supply.

During a bushfire or on high-risk days, we may not be able to safely access water supplies or respond to system failures.
